Only a writer would go on holiday and carry on working. But it's too good an opportunity to miss and I can rarely resist getting out my camera and turning my experiences into an article or two. Actually, it doesn't really feel like work and it's a great excuse to chat up the locals and find out what makes them tick.
I have had features published in the Independent, Scotland on Sunday, Choice, Skylines (British Airways Express), Scottish Accent, Bank of Scotland Magazine and Goldlife.
I have also written a number of destination pieces for Welcome, an "in-coach" magazine for Americans touring Europe.
