Example of my photography

Work experience in St Malo.

I taught French and German for many years and still take a keen interest in language teaching and learning. From reviews of resources to classroom case studies or tips for adult learners, my work spans all ages from two to 92.

I have contributed several hundred articles to the Modern Languages pages of the Times Educational Supplement and written on related topics for SecEd, the Daily Telegraph, Good Housekeeping, Woman Alive, Scottish Accent and Training magazine.

In the days of TES Teacher magazine I was in charge of a weekly column, which provided teachers with short, topical items in French, German, Spanish or Italian. I have also compiled AS/A2 and GCSE mock examinations in French for Bristol-based publisher ZigZag Education.
